Red Rose Crafts only ships within the United States of America. Every effort will be made to process orders in 1-2 business days for in stock catalog items. Personalized items will be shipped in 48-72 hours. Red Rose Crafts offers shipping via USPS. Shipping times vary from 1-8 business days depending on the service selected. 

Shipping of custom orders is dependent on the complexity of the design. availability of the item to be embroidered and the quantity requested. This will be communicated by email to the customer within 2 days of the customer providing the design to Red Rose Crafts.
